Steven Joyce is an award-winning food and drink photographer based in London. He specialises in food, drink, restaurants, bars, cookbooks and product photography, and works for a very wide range of clients in advertising, PR, publishing and design.
Steven’s beautiful recipe photography has featured in numerous cookbooks and newspapers, for writers including Yotam Ottolenghi, Melissa Helmsley, Saliha Mahmood, Clodagh McKenna, John Gregory-Smith, Michele Pascarella, Claire Thomson, Georgie Hayden and Lacey Osterman, and for publishers including Phaidon, Octopus, Murdoch, Quadrille, Yellow Kite, Smith Street, Ryland Peters and Small, Pavilion and Hardie Grant. His work is part of the permanent collection at the Garden Museum and has been exhibited at the Mall Galleries in London, and at the Royal Photographic Society in Bristol.
Steven also directs videos and often creates moving image content alongside stills.
Steven is based in Forest Hill, south-east London, where he runs his own food and drink photography studio, kitchen and events space, Kemble House, with his wife, the food writer and journalist Rebecca Seal.
